Sander Geophysics is currently seeking a full-time
Technical Records and Administration Clerk to join its
Aircraft Maintenance department.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties assigned in accordance with MPM and MCM
sections 4.5 and 4.9;
- Compile, maintain, and update aircraft technical
records;
- Receive required field correspondence within desired
time frame and enter the information into the tracking
system;
- Provide administration assistance for the Director of
Maintenance;
- Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in the auditing
of technical records;
- Assist in submitting permits to Transport Canada; and
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Sound knowledge and experience in aircraft maintenance
record requirements and aviation administration in
general;
- Experience working with AMS tracking software or a
comparable aviation tracking solution may be seen as an
asset;
- Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office
programs;
- Proficient in communicating via email and telephone
with employees, vendors and regulatory authorities; and
- Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills.
